Background
The Calvert County Healthy Families Home Visiting Program is a collaborative effort among Calvert County Family Network (CCFN), the Local Management Board (LMB) and Calvert County Public Schools (CCPS). This evidence -based program supports expectant and new parents who face challenges such as poverty, behavioral health issues, substance use or adverse childhood experiences. With 27 years of continuous implementation, the program is deeply embedded in the local early childhood infrastructure.
